Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights of success.
As the Automotive Sales Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with automotive sales management software and CRM systems
