Travel Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Therapist - $1,711 per week

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is for Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (Peds-RRT) with immediate availability in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to patients in a variety of clinical areas, including evaluations and treatments according to procedural guidelines. Administer a variety of respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients. Maintain appropriate patient records/documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories; evaluate equipment for proper and safe function; report malfunctions to the director. Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines. Interact with co-workers, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care for the patient being treated. Respond to emergent situations that could require respiratory support. Qualifications 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Peds-RRT. NBRC-RRT, BLS, and ACLS required; PALS and NRP may be required in some areas. Must have 1 year of experience in the role. Certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
