The Financial Breakdown:
We don’t just offer a "job"; we offer a path to a $50k - $59k+ annual income based on a standard management schedule (40-45 hours/week).

·        Base Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $20–$24 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT)

·        Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 per month by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.

·        Overtime: Opportunity for weekly overtime (paid at 1.5x) ensures your take-home pay stays ahead of the market.
