Based in New York, NY with 4 offices nationwide, we’re a fast-growing plaintiff side law firm reshaping the industry. We’re seeking a Wage & Hour Attorney with expertise in class action wage & hour cases who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.

Responsibilities

Litigate wage & hour class action cases from intake through resolution.
Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear in court.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings.
Collaborate with team members while mentoring junior attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

JD and active New York Bar membership in good standing.
3+ years of wage & hour and employment class action experience.
Strong knowledge of New York labor laws, PAGA, and FLSA.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
