Summary

We are currently representing a well-established general contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale multi-family and senior living projects. They are seeking a seasoned Superintendent who has experience overseeing complex ground-up builds and who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing field operations, job site safety, quality control, and scheduling from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee successful project completion
• Manage field operations and supervise the job site team
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants
• Oversee job site logistics, field coordination, and the full project schedule
• Review all project documents for constructability, including shop drawings and specifications
• Maintain and update RFIs, ASIs, and as-built documentation
• Implement a site-specific emergency action plan in collaboration with the PM
• Coordinate with subcontractors and building inspectors
• Conduct daily site walks and safety audits
• Lead subcontractor and field team meetings (safety, coordination, and pre-task)
• Manage labor performance and productivity
• Use Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, and related software for schedule and documentation

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multi-family or senior living construction
• Proven history managing projects in the $40M–$150M range
• Skilled in project scheduling, safety enforcement, and jobsite coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite, and PlanGrid
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
