Position Overview

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health
• Location: Fort Worth (ZIP: 76123)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $70,000 – $87,000/year

Must-Have Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in psychiatric healthcare facilities
• Experience with:
• • Chemical dependency
  • Dual diagnosis patients
  • Geriatric psych patients
  • Treatment planning & patient assessments

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and notify physicians of changes
• Supervise shift operations and nursing staff
• Administer medications per hospital policy
• Ensure compassionate and respectful patient care
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation
• Support behavioral health treatment goals and protocols

Certifications Required

• Current RN License
• CPR Certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• De-escalation Certification (or obtain within 30 days)
