Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-level, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.

• Lead and manage highly effective remote project teams.

• Apply Agile, traditional, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.

• Partner with IT, business operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver project objectives.

• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Support business process improvement and PMO activities.

• Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Apply strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to achieve project outcomes.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-function, enterprise-level projects.

• 6+ years of experience leading remote project teams.

• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.

• Strong business operations and process improvement background as a Senior Business Analyst or Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).

• Proven experience successfully implementing IT and/or Supply Chain projects.

• Combined IT and business/Supply Chain experience.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience supporting business operations and a PMO.

• Experience working successfully with customers and third-party vendors.

Required Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.

• Preferred - MBA or advanced degree.

• PMP certification.

• ITIL certification.

• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Training or demonstrated experience in team motivation, communication, and win-win negotiation.
