Base: $275K with $75,000 in sign-on incentives!****Description** Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg is a short-term acute care facility with 33 medical and surgical rooms, 40 licensed private rooms, and seven intensive care rooms. The voluntary nonprofit facility represents the commitment to the Williamsburg, VA, region. The hospital was designed and constructed to engender a patient-centered focus. Set on an attractively landscaped 25-acre campus, Riverside Doctors’ Hospital is a 100,000-square-foot, two-story building. It is situated within Quarterpath, a larger, multiuse development.**Awards** Certified Primary Stroke Center Received NICHE Exemplar Status Achieved the Nursing Pathway to Excellence designation**Case Assignments** Heavy ortho, general, endoscopy, urology, GYN, and Adult ENT. No peds, no hearts, no heads, no OB.**Shifts** 3 weeks on and 1 week off (13weeks off) No nights, no call & no weekends!**Team Leadership** Sarah Nalle, Chief CRNA **Requirements Responsibilities** Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed **Requirements** Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists **Lifestyle** Williamsburg, VA: Located between Norfolk/Virginia Beach and the capital city of Richmond, the city of Williamsburg is noted for its historic attractions.
