What That Means for You Competitive pay: based on experience and visit type Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance One-on-one patient care centered on meaningful daily activities and functional independence Professional autonomy to assess the home environment and customize interventions A responsive clinical and leadership team with interdisciplinary support Professional growth through online training and continuing education opportunities Benefits including any mileage reimbursement and incentive programs What You'll Do Evaluate functional abilities, routines, safety risks, and barriers within the home Develop and update individualized therapy plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals Provide interventions that improve strength, coordination, endurance, cognition, and daily living skills Teach adaptive techniques for bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and other activities Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications that support safety and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, strategies, equipment, and the plan of care Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, and other care team members What You Bring Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with an active Arizona OT license Minimum of [insert required experience] of occupational therapy experience Home health experience preferred [edit as applicable] Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Strong clinical judgment, creativity, communication, organization, and documentation skills Why Work for Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek?
