Job Description
Position: Application Developer (Java Developer)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java applications with leadership responsibilities.
- Gather requirements and coordinate with clients to set project schedules.
- Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including customer interface and requirement gathering.
- 5+ years of experience with EJB.
- 5+ years of experience with Web Services.
- Experience with COBOL/IMS and/or DB2 is a PLUS but not required.
