This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio to enhance productivity, automate business processes, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in AI/ML, prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, automation, and cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.Enhance productivity and automate business processes across the organization.Improve customer experiences and drive innovation through modern AI technologies.Leverage expertise in prompt engineering, API integration, and data analytics.Utilize cloud technologies and adhere to responsible AI practices.Collaborate with teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.Required QualificationsEducation:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.Experience:5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.2+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.Technical Skills:Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot StudioAzure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI StudioPrompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)AI Agents and Agentic WorkflowsPython, C#, Java, or JavaScriptREST APIs and AI IntegrationsPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Git, CI/CD, and DevOps PracticesAzure Cloud Services, Data Analytics, and AI MonitoringAI & Machine Learning Knowledge:Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)Natural Language Processing (NLP)Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic SearchFine-Tuning and Model EvaluationResponsible AI, AI Governance, and Prompt Engineering Best PracticesPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized deployments.Experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated environments.Knowledge of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks.Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
