Parts Associate

Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts Requirements Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority High school diploma and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug test Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for construction equipment and automotive parts, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining organized inventory records.
