Responsibilities: Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site Manage the project schedule Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of previous experience in construction Experience as a bags on supervisor Experience as a carpenter Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes What We Offer: $35-45 per hour DOE 2 weeks of PTO 100% covered medical,401K with employer match Company Vehicle, Credit Card and Cell Phone Just as important as the benefits, you have to like where you work right?
