Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Highlights: Pay: $85+ per billable hour Schedule: Full-time or part-time, Monday Friday, flexible scheduling Location: Holyoke, MA and surrounding areas Caseload & Schedule: You manage both, with full administrative support What sets this role apart: Collaboration with experienced, ethical Clinical Directors and BCBA peers Administrative support for staffing, scheduling, and case management High-quality ABA software for data collection, graphing, scheduling, and report writing Clinical autonomy with an emphasis on best practices and ethical standards Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth Benefits Include: Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid sick time (MA Sick Law compliant) FMLA (MA compliant) $250 annual continuing education allowance Referral incentive program Company laptop provided APPLY NOW!
