Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Active, or able to obtain, Virginia Property & Casualty Producer's and Life/Health/Annuities Licenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
