Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General at an unnamed healthcare organization in Towson, MD. This position involves performing ultrasound scans across various specialties including obstetrics, pelvic, abdominal, thyroid, soft tissue, and breast procedures. The role requires adherence to clinical standards and certification requirements to ensure high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification, CPR certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, and proficiency in general, breast, and breast procedure ultrasound techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: This is a four-day workweek with nine-hour shifts. Equipment used includes Siemens S1000, with scans encompassing first trimester obstetrics, pelvic, abdominal, thyroid, soft tissue, breast, breast biopsy, needle localization, and aspiration. Certifications in general ultrasound, radiology, and breast imaging are required.
