Reporting/Data Analyst A stable, long-established organization is adding a Reporting/Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across business and operational teams. Analyze operational and utilization data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts (Power BI and Microsoft reporting stack). Translate findings into clear business "stories" leaders can act on. Manage a portfolio of recurring reporting plus ad hoc analysis. Support break/fix and enhancements for existing reporting assets. Contribute to data quality, governance, documentation, and analytics best practices. What they're looking for Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, Statistics, Data Engineering, Business, etc.) 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting/data analysis Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as Power BI , SSRS/SSIS/SSAS , Excel, and related Microsoft technologies Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical groups Preferred: exposure to using AI tools in analytics workflows.
