About the Position

Job Title: NICU RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Duration: Contract Shift: Weekend BLOCK Nights Hours per Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Experience: - RN with level IV/surgical NICU experience - Familiar with diagnoses such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia, meconium aspiration syndrome, necrotizing enterocolitis, tracheoesophageal fistula/esophageal atresia, abdominal wall defects, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-operative care License: - Current Registered Nurse license Certifications: - PALS required - NRP preferred Must-Have: - Open to float to other units - Must work at least one holiday if it falls during contract - Nicotine free facility - Must be tested along with drug screen Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in neonatal intensive care. Candidates should have significant experience in a level IV/surgical NICU. They should be proficient in managing complex cases involving a variety of neonatal conditions. The role requires working weekend night shifts and flexibility to float to other units as needed. Candidates must adhere to a nicotine-free policy and complete necessary drug screening prior to employment. Additionally, vaccination against influenza is mandatory with no exceptions.
