Think of it as building the nervous system of machines and equipment. You'll work at a bench with tools, components, and step-by-step instructions in front of you. Over time, you'll get faster, more confident, and more skilled. Day to day, you can expect to:Follow written work instructions and visual guides to assemble componentsInspect your own work to make sure it meets quality standardsSet up your workstation with the right tools and parts before each buildKeep your workspace clean and organizedLearn and apply quality standards as you go (we'll train you on these)Ask questions and flag anything that doesn't look rightWork alongside experienced assemblers who are there to help you growWhat we're looking forYou don't need a resume full of experience.
