Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst (Onsite – Woodbridge, NJ) This onsite role is based out of Woodbridge, NJ. Responsibilities Optimize client’s real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios. Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow. Provide analytical tools and cost‑effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions. Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda. Support client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches. Deliver results with high accuracy in financial analysis. May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area. 2-5 years’ experience in real estate and/or capital markets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience. Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Commercial real estate experience is required. Action oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal direction and supervision. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 (located in Woodbridge, NJ). Employer‑subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, and vision.
