The ideal candidate will have experience with engineering consulting firms, electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and building systems for institutional and commercial buildings, as well as proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑Accredited College or University Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects EIT Desired Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Develop electrical designs from concept through completion of construction Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts Prepare detailed engineering reports and narratives Coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines Duties Perform 3D Revit and 2D CAD work with detailed design requirements Complete project designs, drawings in 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD, site observations, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, application, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary Senior‑level employees interface directly with clients and end users to understand and document expectations and lead the project during design and construction Demonstrate attention to detail and high level of written and verbal communication skills Be a team player with strong people skills Benefits Hybrid Work & Flexible Schedules Competitive Salary & Bonuses Full Benefits Package Accelerated Career Growth Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
