We are looking to hire a part-time eCustomer Care Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for interacting with our customers through email and live chat while providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Part-time scheduling: Hours are available Monday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm. You will set your own availability for scheduling during this timeframe with a minimum of 8 hours of availability per week required. Next available start date: Monday, September 14 Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-5:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities Provide superior customer service via e-mail and live chat regarding questions or concerns around orders placed online, loyalty program membership, product availability, etc. Document and handle all in-store customer service issues, including responding to legal concerns Enter customer information and notes into the order management system Complete appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution Speak with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues as needed Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed

Qualifications Demonstrated computer navigation and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to type 30+ words per minute Positive attitude and professionalism while speaking with customers Grammar and writing proficiency Solutions-oriented mindset
