Customer Care Consultant

Department: Retail Sales Location: Oxford, OH Commitment: Part-Time Workplace Type: Onsite As the Customer Care Consultant, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and patient service while educating clients. You will primarily assist patrons and patients telephonically, providing day‑to‑day phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations.
