We are looking to hire a Pharmacy Tech I!As a Pharmacy Tech I at MercyOne Genesis, you will:Assist the Staff Pharmacists in providing professional Pharmacy servicesPerform in any functional area of the Department to provide accurate and efficient dispensing of medicationsSchedule:32 hrs a weekRotating shiftsRotating weekendsRotating holidaysGeneral Requirements:High school diploma or GEDRegistration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of employment as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. The Pharmacy technicians shall be required to submit proof of certification as a certified pharmacy technician, proof of enrollment in a first professional degree program in pharmacy, or proof of enrollment in clinical training by a graduate of a foreign pharmacy program for the first renewal or restoration that occurs after the license has been issued for at least 2 years, regardless of whether or not the license has been active, inactive, or not renewed.
