Job Details Job Location: Springfield, VA 22150 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Manage a government contract from a mission, objectives, scope, task, and deliverables perspective. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 personnel; assign tasks, facilitate communication, and resolve issues or conflicts. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost control. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular updates and communicate project status and progress. Quality Assurance and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track performance metrics, and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 8–10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing government contracts. Experience managing a government contract valued at $5 million or greater. Experience supervising teams of 5–8 personnel in the delivery of contract requirements, including performance management, goal setting, and disciplinary actions. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Ability to work on‑site at TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA, and the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington, DC, as required by the contract.
