Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lake Isabella, California, United States. This 13-week travel assignment begins on 08/03/2026 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shifts are rotating between day and night to support 24/7 resident care needs. The role operates in a SNF setting with routine hands-on resident care and collaboration with licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; observe and report safety concerns and changes in resident condition
- Support the care team by documenting care provided and communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and rights while adhering to facility policy and infection control practices
- Follow care plans and safety protocols to support overall resident well-being

Requirements
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and participate in rotating shifts
