Number of Beds: 18-20
Number of Staff: 35
Staffing Model:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 2-3 nurses, 1 LPN, 1-3 PCTs
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTs
Patient Ratios: 6:1 with LPN
Type of Equipment: Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacs, PCA pumps
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year current hospital Med/Surg experience
BLS certification

Preferred Skills

Burn Care experience
Wound Care and Ostomy Care experience
ACLS certification

Typical Procedures Performed

Wound and dressing care for post-operative burn and flap patients
