Phlebotomy SupervisorSupervises daily activities for the Phlebotomy team. Oversees the work of the team by making certain all areas under his/her responsibility are covered and all policies and procedures are adhered to. Works closely with leadership to accomplish goals and objectives.Education QualificationsAssociate degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Assistant or related field is required.In lieu of degree, may consider a High School Diploma or GED and Phlebotomy Certification.Experience Qualifications2 years of phlebotomy or lab experience is required. 1 year demonstrated leadership experience is required.Certifications, Licenses, and RegistrationsAmerican Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Phlebotomy Certificate or equivalent is preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
