Registered Nurse - PRN Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our PRN team at Avir at Windcrest in Abilene, Texas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care as a PRN Registered Nurse, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor and report patient vital signs, medication, and treatment effectiveness
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medication administration
Requirements:
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas
Current CPR certification
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
