Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest trends and methodologies in therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
