Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest trends and methodologies in therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
