Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for SOCSoter’s cybersecurity offerings, engaging with potential clients through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. Your energetic approach will help generate qualified leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive our sales pipeline forward. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients in need of cybersecurity solutions
• Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with SOCSoter’s services
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to foster trust and understanding
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as HubSpot or similar systems
• Support the sales team by setting appointments and preparing customized proposals for potential clients
• Track and analyze lead generation activities to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outside sales roles with a focus on technology or cybersecurity solutions
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or equivalent sales management tools
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals remotely or in territory-based environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts or technical sales experience is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth
