In this role you will be responsible for analyzing user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.**Responsibilities**:* Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.* Analyzes system requirements and provides support to design and development activities.* Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.* Provides technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.* Provides technical support to application and tool development teams.* Coordinates with software architect and other technical delivery team members to overcome technical obstacles.* Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts.* Communicates with other program personnel and government staff**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree* Ability to derive an understanding of stakeholder needs and functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness from system requirements* Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level* Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces* Experience with Agile project management principles and processes* **Active TS/SCI required****Desired Qualifications:*** Ten (10) or more years’ experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, etc.* Experience supporting the federal government or DoD**Basic Compensation:**$103,800 - $155,700**This range is for Maryland only.****The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.****KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
