Pay is based on job-related experience Schedule Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm Location This position is at the St. Michael facility full time. Essential Functions Directs personnel and schedules work on assigned production lines. Delegates tasks to appropriate associates to complete tasks in a timely manner. Assists on the production lines when necessary. Ensures appropriate information is communicated to those within their area of responsibility and communicates appropriate information back to supervisor. Conducts and completes training for all new hires. Monitors and increases overall line efficiency. Ensures product meets specifications and goals in production, yields, labor, and quality. Completes any necessary paperwork assigned by production supervisor or manager (i.e., downtime monitors, line testing, etc.) in a timely manner. Aligns and abides by our JB core values. Attend all required company trainings. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Skills And Qualifications Effective communication skills. Good aptitude with numbers. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge Physical And Environmental Factors Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training. Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF). Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning Requires ability to lift, up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
