Role Description
This is a contract, remote Litigation Attorney role. The Litigation Attorney will handle a wide range of tasks, including preparing and filing legal motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court and trials, and managing various stages of litigation. The role will require strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple legal proceedings simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, including legal research, analysis, and drafting
- Experience in preparing and filing Motions
- Knowledge and familiarity with Courts and court procedures
- Proficiency in conducting Trials and representing clients effectively
- Skill in handling Depositions and gathering evidence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdictions
