Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist - $3,000 per week

Job Details Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per shift) Employment type: Travel Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations. Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders when applicable. Minimum Requirements Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred. Current CPR certification if applicable. TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
