Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in post-acute care settings throughout Burlington, North Carolina.
This unique 7 days on / 7 days off schedule offers exceptional work-life balance while providing the stability, compensation, and benefits of a full-time position. The role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patient outcomes through proactive care management, clinical assessment, and coordinated treatment planning. Schedule Highlights:Work 7 consecutive days, followed by 7 consecutive days off
Approximately 26 weeks off annually
Day shift schedule with flexible hours
Approximately 6 hours per day spent providing care in facilities
