Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and community outreach. Consistently perform high-volume prospecting activities, including 100-150 dials per day. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Build relationships and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic. Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and rejection.
