Details Stepdown float pool role rotating between multiple stepdown units based on need Acute care hospital setting with 402 staffed beds Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:00) Patient ratio of 1:4 Uses EPIC charting system Requirements Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand Stepdown or intermediate level nursing experience required EPIC charting experience required Additional Information Rotates across stepdown units to cover areas of greatest need Scrub color is any solid color except in ER (solid black) and OR/L&D (facility-provided) Maximum RTO allowed is 7 days Facility unable to accommodate RTO during major holiday weeks Must not reside in Moore County to be eligible for the travel assignment Facility performs its own pre-employment drug screen upon arrival in addition to credentialing requirements Former FirstHealth Carolinas employees must have been separated from employment for at least one year to be considered American Traveler Job ID P-745072.
