Role: Life & Health Insurance Sales

As a Life & Health sales team member , you'll combine sales expertise with empathy. You'll meet with customers, understand their needs, recommend the right life and health insurance solutions, and stay involved after the policy is in place-especially when customers need help most.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers-listening first, recommending second
• Conduct needs analysis to identify the best life and health insurance options for each customer's situation
• Explain coverage clearly , including benefits, exclusions, and what to expect-so customers feel confident
• Support policyholders beyond the sale , including help with:
  • claims
  • policy updates and changes
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products
• Maintain accurate records and use agency software effectively
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements at all times

What We're Looking For

• Active state license for life and health insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills -you can connect with people and earn trust
• Ability to break down complex insurance topics in a way that's easy to understand
• Sales experience is preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not the only path-if you've helped customers solve problems, that counts)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage your book of business
• Proven capability to build and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Comfort working with insurance agency software

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
