Shift Lead

Location: 2667 Sanders Lane Pollock Pines, CA We’re looking for a Team Shift Lead who enjoys leading a team and providing great guest service in a fast-paced, fun environment. This role leads the Front of House (FOH) team and helps ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support FOH team members Oversee leagues, tournaments, and daily front desk operations Coordinate and supervise birthday parties and event hosts Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concernsHelp manage staff schedules and event coverage Monitor bowling gear inventory (shoes, balls, lockers, socks, etc.) Ensure compliance with California labor laws (breaks and meal periods) Open and close the facility, including till balancing and deposits Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful workplace Help develop new leagues, events, and community tournaments Qualifications Must be 21 years or older 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Customer service focused and able to multitask in a busy environment Must have or be able to obtain: Food Handler Certification (FHC) Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS) Perks Supportive team environment Leadership and growth opportunities Fun workplace focused on creating great guest experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Knotty Pine Lanes
