This role requires a highly capable leader with a strong foundation in property management, financial oversight, and board governance, with the ability to engage with a diverse, international ownership base. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and develop the onsite management team, promoting a culture of excellence Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operations, including tenant alterations, construction work, and insurance compliance Maintain the highest standards of service and overall property performance Board Engagement & Governance Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, attending regular meetings and providing detailed operational, financial, and strategic updates Work closely with board members to develop and implement long-term property goals Respond to board inquiries promptly with data-driven insights and recommendations Prepare, manage, and report on capital and expense budgets, including variance analysis and forecasting Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and strong vendor relations Collaborate with the board on annual and capital operating budgets aligned with financial objectives Vendor & Stakeholder Relations Communicate regularly with stakeholders, vendors, and residents to address property concerns and uphold service quality Ensure all vendor contracts are fulfilled with proper insurance documentation and compliance Review and approve purchase orders exceeding site staff authorization levels Maintenance & Safety Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure emergency preparedness protocols are in place Monitor all mechanical systems and access controls to maintain operational efficiency Resident & Staff Engagement Foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment for residents, prospects, and vendors Ensure staff is well-trained, aligned with property goals, and knowledgeable about board directives Requirements 5+ years of property management or hospitality experience (multi-property preferred) 5+ years of experience working with HOAs and Boards of Directors (condominium) Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, written and verbal (required) Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting Strong understanding of building operational systems, leasing, documentation, and administration Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 annually + discretionary bonus Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts and commuter benefits Tuition reimbursement and fertility assistance program Paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) plan Employee Assistance Program and incentive bonus program #J-18808-Ljbffr Mandarin Staffing
