Grants Coordinator

About the Role:

The Grants Coordinator provides administrative support to the Grants and larger Corporate Philanthropy teams to organize and maximize the teams' capacity to submit applications for and successfully manage both private and public funding

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage calendar of Director of Grants Administration and overall Grants deadline calendar
• Work with executive assistants and program staff to set up and manage complex meetings with multiple attendees across the organization
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and other supporting materials
• Provide support for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers with document review and associated tasks
• Create and continuously update tracker of upcoming potential grant application opportunities
• Assist with grant mining to find new grant application opportunities and funders
• Support data entry of all grant applications and awards into Development's (Raiser's Edge and Sales Force) databases.
• Assist with creation of initial checklists and agendas for grant application and award kickoff meetings
• Assist with review and editing process of grant applications, communications, and award acceptance documents
• Assist with formatting and finalization of grant related documents
• Provide backstopping for Pre- and Post-Award Grants Managers
• Provide support to Major Gifts Officers in locating documents, formatting, and editing for private foundation grant applications

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience : 1-3 years of associated experience

Pay Range: $23.22 to $34.83 Based On Experience
