Regional HR Manager — Distribution Center Network

Uline Inc. is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR for 15 distribution centers nationwide, including hands-on recruitment for hubs across CA, IL, PA, TX and WI. You will lead HR strategy to build and develop a high‑performing distribution workforce. This on-site role requires guiding HR initiatives, coaching teams, and partnering with distribution leaders to align HR programs with business goals.
