Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training staff. Support merchandising, stocking, and presentation of products. Manage inventory, including damages, markdowns, and stock levels. Ensure proper cash handling, security, and financial integrity. Provide excellent customer service and promote a safe shopping environment. Review sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Complete necessary documentation and adhere to company policies. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and learn store systems. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices. Ability to solve problems and adapt to various situations. Preferred bilingual skills in Spanish at some locations. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional climbing and driving for store-related tasks. Fast-paced environment with moderate noise; exposure to outside weather. The role may involve limited travel, and the candidate will be expected to support store operations as needed.
