You'll use behavior management techniques tailored to young patients, educate families on oral hygiene practices, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about setting children on a path to lifelong oral health.What We're Looking ForActive CA state DDS LicenseCompletion of a pediatric dentistry residency program (2-3 years) accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).Availability to work 3-4 days per week, including SAT (1-2/per month)SkillsExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and parents.Strong understanding of pediatric treatment planning and case management.Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures, such as pulpotomies, white crowns, & space maintainers.Strong behavioral management skills, with the ability to create a comfortable environment for young patients.Ready to Make a Difference?APPLY NOW!
