AMTS is hiring an onsite Project Admin for our semiconductor project in Taylor, TX! The Project Admin provides administrative and project support to construction and project management teams working on a large-scale industrial construction project. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating administrative activities, supporting subcontractor and vendor communications, and ensuring project records and tracking systems remain current.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, engineers, superintendents, and field personnel.
• Maintain organized and accurate project files, records, logs, and correspondence.
• Prepare, track, distribute, and maintain project documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Enter and update project information in document management and project management systems.
• Monitor document revisions, approvals, submissions, and distribution.
• Assist with subcontractor and vendor administrative coordination, including collection and tracking of required documentation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, tracking logs, meeting materials, and other project-related documents.
• Schedule project meetings and assist with meeting preparation, attendance records, minutes, and action-item tracking.
• Follow up with project team members, subcontractors, and vendors regarding outstanding documentation and administrative requirements.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, timekeeping, expense documentation, and other project administrative processes as assigned.
• Support onboarding and administrative coordination for project personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of project and company information.
• Assist project teams with general office and field-office administrative needs.
• Ensure documentation is filed accurately and can be readily retrieved when needed.
• Perform other administrative and project-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative, project administration, construction administration, document control, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in a construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or other project-based environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with document management, project management, or enterprise systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite and interact professionally with a diverse project team.

Work Environment
