Enterprise Architect

Salary: $200,000 - 240,000 per year Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role and with AI and ML architectures
• At least 2 years of experience with data-focused AI tools and leading Enterprise Architecture initiatives
• Proficiency with Purview, Unity Catalog, Erwin, or other semantic and metadata platforms
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and its AI and data services
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of MLOps workflows and tools for deploying, managing, and monitoring AI models in production

• Lead enterprise architecture across multiple business domains, aligning decisions with organizational strategy
• Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and clarify complex technical decisions
• Standardize metadata practices across domains to support discoverability, lineage, and governance
• Design and evolve enterprise semantic data models, including logical and conceptual models, ontologies, and domain definitions
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to support reporting, analytics, and AI use cases
• Provide feedback to inform the development of future AI models
• Participate hands-on in design discussions and delivery, in addition to governance
• Review AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and quality
• Monitor AI and data trends to help guide organizational progress

We are recruiting for a direct-hire Enterprise Architect opportunity with a major financial services firm in Camas, Washington, or Plano, Texas. This strategic leadership role spans domains and supports enterprise-wide architecture decisions for scalable data and AI modernization. The architect reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Standards and works with executive stakeholders while remaining involved in execution. The annual pay range is $200,000–$240,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
