ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2004 after building 14 years of experience in sales. That background taught me the importance of strong relationships, consistent effort, and taking ownership of your results - all values that continue to shape how I lead the agency today. I’m a graduate of Lincoln University and a proud dad of three kids, all age 10 and under.

Being involved in our local community is incredibly important to me. I coach my kids’ soccer teams and our agency supports local families and youth through PTA events, the YMCA, youth sports, and high school football sponsorships. We’ve also helped cover unpaid school meal balances because we believe in stepping up where we can make a meaningful difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Travis Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
