What you'll do: Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges. Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback. Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value. Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals. Present data-driven recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision‑making. Foster strong partnerships across cross‑functional teams to deliver consultative analytics solutions. Oversee data analysis strategies and guide less experienced team members in execution. Strong expertise in data-driven decision making and applying analytics to solve complex business challenges. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau and experience managing analytics workstreams end-to-end.
