Cleanroom Warehouse

This role supports a cleanroom-compliant warehouse that supplies surgical single-use items, instruments, and kits to hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers. You receive, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods, prepare shipments using Quick Ship software, and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while following strict sterile handling and contamination control protocols.

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods in a cleanroom-compliant warehouse environment.
• Organize inventory locations to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and material flow.
• Utilize Quick Ship software to process and prepare shipments via UPS and FedEx, including creating shipping labels and required documentation.
• Ensure all outbound shipments meet carrier requirements and are properly labeled, documented, and compliant with regulations.
• Operate sit down and stand up forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for outbound customer shipments and internal production use while following sterile handling protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning and ERP systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain data integrity and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines and inventory requirements.
• Verify that packaging and shipping materials meet regulatory and customer specifications.
• Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination control protocols at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and cleanroom environment.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, inventory issues, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Support order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

• Experience with order picking, packaging, material handling, loading, unloading, shipping, and inventory activities in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate sit down or stand up forklifts; prior forklift experience is required (certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to create UPS and FedEx shipping labels, including basic familiarity with carrier systems and label generation.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom warehouse setting and following sterile handling and contamination control procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and documentation.
• Comfort working in an environment where many tenured employees primarily speak Spanish.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and adjust to early start times and extended hours as needed.

• Experience using Quick Ship or similar shipping software to process carrier shipments.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning devices and ERP systems for inventory management.
• Forklift certification is preferred and considered an advantage.
• Prior experience in a cleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and inventory records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to perform cycle counts and participate in inventory audits.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including early shifts starting at 5:00 a.m., extended days until 3:30 p.m., and occasional Saturdays as needed.

This opportunity offers a contract-to-hire path over approximately four months, giving you the chance to demonstrate your skills and grow into a long-term role. The role follows contamination control protocols and cleanroom gowning procedures to maintain a sterile environment. The dress code is casual, and steel-toe footwear is not required. Many tenured employees primarily speak Spanish, so you operate in a bilingual environment while using basic English for instructions and documentation. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the need to be flexible to work shifts starting at 5:00 a.m., stay as late as 3:30 p.m., and occasionally work Saturdays as business needs require. You regularly use forklifts, material handling equipment, barcode scanners, ERP systems, and shipping tools such as Quick Ship, UPS, and FedEx systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Placentia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
